What is the CYB3R SYNDICATE?
The CYB3R SYNDICATE is a Call of Duty Team on Activsion that specializes in Objective Domination
game play with strong emphasis on winning games by capturing flags and using capture kills to
defend them. It was created on the heels of Team CYBR after Sony PSN killed the PSN communities.
The main difference between Team CYBR and the CYB3R SYNDICATE is that Team CYBR was about
turning absolute beginners in domination into Call of Duty League pro players. It was also run by
CyberKnightXan, my former PSN gamer name I had from 2009 to 2023.
The CYB3R SYNDICATE is not a Call of Duty League team, nor is its purpose to turn beginners into
pro players. It is run by CYB3RD0M1N10N my current PSN gamer name. It's purpose is to add to your
existing gaming skills so that you get an edge at winning games of Domination by playing the Objective.
Playing the Objective is a particular way of playing Domination where the emphasis is on capturing
flags and using capture kills by defending flags to get your streaks without disrupting the game
play, letting the enemy get killstreaks on you, or spawn trapping you. By using my game strategies
and training videos that apply to any call of duty game, the CYB3R SYNDICATE Call of Duty Team
will help you to improve your existing Domination Game skills, it will not replace them. This Team
is not for beginners. It is meant for players that already know how to play moderately good but
want to play even better.
Do you want to know exactly where an enemy will be spawning after you have killed them?
Do you want to know how to walk through mines?
Do you want to know how to walk through an area guarded by a sentry gun?
Do you want to know how to know when an enemy overwatch has you in their sights?
Do you want to know which direction an enemy is coming from before they come around a corner?
Do you want to know exactly when to capture a flag, and when to hold your ground?
Do you want to know the exact time you should triple cap the map?
Do you want to know where you or the enemy will spawn when all flags are captured?
Do you want to know how to create a teleport to the other side of the map?
Do you want to know how to effectively add mosquito repellent to survive a swarm in the open?
If you answered yes to any of the above questions then this team is for you.
The training videos are free to watch and are only accessible through this website.

We are looking for Domination players that already know how to play Domination. Please watch the Recruitment Video. Consider it a benchmark.
If you can play the way I play in the video you are a good candidate for the team. There are 10 videos altogether.
The first part of your training is to watch the the playlist of training videos I set up. This is Domination Basic Training.
If you want to join us please do not assume you already know everything. There is a lot your don't know so watch every video at least once.
1. Hardware: You need to have a PC, Mac, or Console specifically Sony PS4, Sony PS5 or Microsoft XBOX.
2. Communication: You need a working mic and own a legal unaltered copy of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III.
2. Time of Day: Must be able to meet at night to play Call of Duty at 9PM to 11PM PST and have an Activision account.
3. Domination Skillset: Get at least 18 Kills, 8 Captures, 4 Defends, and 7 deaths or less in a single match.
4. You will need to get at least 18 kills 1vs1 against a Veteran training Bot in Free for All on the Shipmas map.
For #4 you will need a witness (CYB3R SYNDICATE TEAM MEMBER OR MYSELF) to watch this happen or provide a video.
If you have a YouTube or a Twitch channel with this video that would be enough, I just want to make sure you can do it.
The different positions I am looking for forming this winning domination team are:
Overwatch (Sniper Rifles, Crossbow)
Slayers (SMG, Light Machine Gun, Melee Weapons, Shot Guns)>
Objective players (Automatic Rifles ,Pistols).
I am looking for players that can play any of those positions both core and hardcore domination.
Below are an example of a winning strategy we use while playing the game. Domination is NOT Team Death Match.
Domination is about Map control and strategic awareness. Take a look at the Winning Strategies I have outlined below.
The important parts that you must always remember will be underlined.
To fully understand what we are trying to do I will give an example of a game in which our goal is to reach 180 points with very little chance
the enemy can regain control of the map.
For most matches, we typically capture the flag the enemy leaves the most unguarded and we rotate which flag we capture next. If severely
losing we will capture just two flags and hold them until we are 30 or more points ahead.
To pull ahead in points at the start of the game we will capture our home flag and the B flag at the same time. 3 Team Members on each
flag. The Team Members that capture our home flag are Alpha Squad, the Team Members that Capture B flag first are Beta Squad.
What this does is allow our team members to determine how many enemies guard the B flag and take it back quickly without losing our
home flag. We then hold both our home flag and the B flag unless we are on a map with our home flag position at a disadvantage. The goal
here is to keep our home flag the entire match, so even if we lose the B flag it keeps the points flowing because we never once want to be.
ever be dominated at any time in the match.
If we are at a disadvantage from the start and we end up on a map with a clear side as a good spawn and a bad spawn and we have the.
bad spawn, we attempt to keep the B flag while flipping the spawn point. The B flag becomes our home flag to keep the entire game.
Again, this is to keep the points flowing in our team’s favor.
Think of the battlefield with 3 flags as a 3-way weight system. The more players on a spawn the heavier the defense. The less
enemies on the enemy home flag guarding it the better, because the enemy spawn will be lighter and easier to capture. To do this we camp
and hold the B flag, so we draw them out of their home spawn. This is a "Spawn Manipulation Technique". We draw them out to the B flag,
while picking them off one by one leaving their home flag empty and unguarded, while one teammate camps. the enemy spawn point. When
they have less players on on their home flag than the B flag we flip it, by running through their flag. Even a partial capture will flip the spawn.
When its safe to capture clear it all the way through, we will have a full weight flag. A player will only have to camp in the enemy spawn for 10
seconds to create an ANCHOR spawn point for your teammates.
An Anchor is a player that acts as a spawn point for teammates. Camp for 10 seconds and wait, when a teammate appears from your
position making you their spawn its time to capture that enemy spawn point and clear it.
trying to capture it too soon will make you teleport back to the home spawn with the most teammates and you will have to start over.
The game spawns are designed to spawn you near your teammates and flags that are the heaviest weight for your team.So for example,
if you have two flags and four team members are on B and two team members are on A then when you die, you will spawn near the B flag.
If you hold a flag and you spawn on your home flag but to the side it means an enemy is camping your spawn. This is important to know
in case they the enemy tries to do this to us. Once we have their flag then we re-group to keep the new home flag and weed off the B flag
enemy defenders. The flag least guarded then becomes our home flag until the score changes to above the enemy score.
One goal that we want as a team to stay ahead, one important tool we use to do that is the triple cap. The important thing to know about the
triple cap is we do not want to triple cap too soon. If we triple cap without having map control first we will get dominated very easily.
We can use triple cap once we are ahead by 30 points, or resume capturing the flag with the least amount of enemies. Training will provide
how to do this and stay alive long enough to get streaks.
To do a proper triple cap there must be two overwatch players, three slayers and one objective player.
A triple cap with six players works like this: There is one slayer at each flag patrolling the flags side to side keeping enemies off the flags.
There is one objective player to clear a flag if it gets partially captured, and there is an overwatch on the A and the B flag targeting both sides
of the B flag guarding the objective player. The slayer escorts the objective player keeping enemies off the flags so the objective player can
capture. The overwatch players guard the escorts and the objective players.
The enemy will start spawning at the lightest flag, and since the slayers are always moving this will seem random but it isn't. If you want to
predict where the they will show up during a triple cap you must manipulate the spawn. Once you hold all 3 flags this is easy. Move off one
flag and the whole team will spawn there. Make one flag light and one heavy and you can move an enemy spawn towards whichever flag you
want to get the most kills on. Remember, the 3 way weight still applies during a triple cap..
The number one thing you must know in order to get a kill streak is to stay alive. It's important that you use capture kills while not
letting your enemy get get streaks while running straight into battle. To stay alive, you must stay out of the lanes with the most gunfire and.
find a different way to get the objective done. To win you have to have small objectives. One objective, is to keep two flags once the score
reaches 180 points. If you have three keep all three, if you only have two keep those two. If you have one, manipulate the spawn and grab the
enemy home flag. Once we have the two flags we want to keep, we can work on "Capture kills" which give you a bonus for killing an enemy.
IMPORTANT TIP:To make it easier, if it gets difficult for you to get kill streaks without camping, then use score streaks instead.
I get my streaks by capturing flags and getting capture kills when we hold two flags.
Here is how you do this: You run through an enemy's flag to attempt to flip it then hide in their spawn while they clear the flag, and before.
they do clear it, kill them then run back to the B flag. This is a Capture kill with a spawn flip and another Spawn Manipulation Technique.
This is a legal way to use the game engine to trick the game into thinking that we have 1 teammate of weight at the the enemy's flag when in.
fact we have a zero weight at the enemy's flag. The game will reset this temporary weight in 12 seconds. That is why you must do this quickly
and sprint as fast as you can to the B flag for this to work. What this does, is manipulate the spawn point into giving us a chance to capture.
the flag you just killed the enemy off of without continually camping it and we never have a triple cap. Instead it will flip the spawn in our favor
The more map control the better, this is way to control where you want the enemy to spawn. They will continue to spawn at their home spawn
but to the alternative spawn point to the side. If you are A looking into the map the side they will be spawning on is left of A. If you are at C its
the right of C.
The spawns are all in a triangle. If you shoot an enemy they will spawn on the angle of the flag you shot them on the closest to the border of
that flag area. An easier way to think of this is a game of chess and the way a Knight on a chess board moves. If you have an enemy in sight
and you kill them, they will spawn to the heaviest spawn point their team owns but forward and to the left of where you shot them from. If
the spawn has equal weight then you spawn in back of it. If you shoot an enemy at the back of their home flag, they will spawn to the direct
left of the spawn flag and if its you defending a flag you will spawn directly to the right If you are shot a second time, then it kicks the
enemy off the flag area and they spawn forward and to the left of you. If forward and to the left of you has a weight it adds one more weight
to that flag (teammates plus enemies) the team with the most weight takes the flag at the next kill.
The final objective is to win the game, by any means necessary legally used by the game engine's rules.
When you kill an enemy, they will spawn forward and to the left diagonally from where you killed them.
The reason this is important to know is because if you time it right, you can run into an enemy spawn get killed on purpose and "Teleport"
to a strategic location that gives your team a big advantage. With training I will teach you how to do this.
To win you must be think about holding flags in terms of points per minute. Every 5 seconds is a score “Tick”.
AT 1 POINTS EVERY 5 SECONDS HOLDING 1 FLAG FOR 1 MINUTE = 12 POINTS
AT 2 POINTS EVERY 5 SECONDS HOLDING 2 FLAGS FOR 1 MINUTE = 24 POINTS
AT 3 POINTS EVERY 5 SECONDS HOLDING 3 FLAGS FOR 1 MINUTE = 36 POINTS
The goal is to get to a score of 180 to 150 or less in our team's favor.
To do this: Hold 3 flags for 5 minutes(180 points) or 2 flags for 7.5 minutes also (180 Points).
The enemy will have 50 points to go and we will have 20 points to go.
For our team:
Holding 3 flags with 20 points to go is 33.3 seconds away from a win.
Holding 2 flags with 20 points to go is 50 seconds away from a win. (10 clicks)
Holding 1 flag at 20 points to go is 100 seconds away (1.6 Min) from a win.
For their team:
Holding 3 flags at 50 points to go is 1.38 Minutes away (83.3 seconds) from a win.
Holding 2 flags at 50 points to go is 2.083 Minutes away (125 seconds) from a win.
Holding 1 flag with 50 points to go is 4 minutes and 39 seconds away from a win.
If this 2 flag hold continues, we can predict the score: 200 to 160
How? If we are ahead 180 to 150 and hold two flags for 50 seconds its
1 point per 5 seconds of holding 1 flag. the final score will be 200 to 160.
In 50 seconds (10 clicks away), and holding 2 flags that's 20 points because its 2 points per 5 seconds.
In 50 seconds (10 clicks away), and only holding 1 flags that's 10 points because its 1 point per 5 seconds.
The score will be: 182-151, 184-152, 186-153, 188-154, 190-155, 192-156, 194-157, 196-158,
198-159, 200 to 160.
So, the final score will be:200 to 160. That's 40 points ahead at the win.
Now let's try this:
If the enemy had two flags and we had one, what score would we have to have to still win?
...
The answer is if the enemy is 30 points ahead even if they hold one flag, its hard to come back unless you triple cap.
Let's see..We hold ONE flag and we are 30 points ahead and the score is 180 to 150 what will the final score be?
The enemy is 125 seconds away and we are 100 seconds away. Will they over take us? Two flags is 24 points/Minute.
At 12 points per minute, our score will be 192. At 24 points a minute their score will be 174.
In one more minute our score will be 204 and they will have 199. We would be 20 seconds ahead. So what is the final score?
The final score is 4 clicks back, that is 195. The final score is 200 to 195, we win with ONE flag captured.
That is a lesson is score awareness.
There may be a situation where in order to win we need a triple cap. If it is us that has 150 and they have 180 then we need to triple cap.
How long would we have to hold 3 flags to win? 36 points per minute. 150 + 36 would give us 186 then we would
have 4 clicks left so that's 1 minute and 20 seconds of holding 3 flags to win it if we were at a score of 150 to 180 and
we were the ones holding two flags and they were ahead with 180 to 150. We could win it by holding 3 flags.
