I looks like you did quite a bit of work on it.

However, if the banner is going to be for a site or forum called one shot gaming, maybe add a sniper bullethole in the corner. The blue in the banner looks like shards of glass, otherwise you really can't tell what it is unless its just a random image that was generated by fractal geometry or something.

Anyways, looks good otherwise. The text is just about the right amount of shadow and the right size to get attention.
